Looking for authors about the past, present and future of bicycle commuting in urban Africa

We are looking for authors to contribute chapters about commuting by bicycle in urban Africa from a long term perspective. This is for a book entitled Cycling Cities: the African Experience to be published by the Foundation for the History of Technology.

Compared to other regions of the world, we know very little about the about the past, present and future of bicycles in urban Africa. We are therefore very excited about this initiative. For further information including how to get in touch, have a look here.

Looks Great. Do you have funding for this project? Seems interesting. Are there lots of scholars in this area in Africa who you think will respond and contribute.

Also do you really mean all of Africa? Or is it sub Saharan ?
